The Committee of the Malayalee Welfare Samaj Bhiwadi (MWSB) serves as the cornerstone of the organization, comprising dedicated individuals who uphold its mission of fostering community spirit and cultural heritage. The committee structure includes key roles such as the Patron, President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Treasurer, Project Convenor, and Assistant Project Convenor, forming the governing body responsible for overseeing the association’s social and cultural initiatives. These members work collaboratively to ensure the smooth execution of events, activities, and programs that celebrate Malayalee identity and support the community.
For the term 2015–2017, the committee was led by President K R Manoj, with Bose P K as Vice President, Philipose Daniel as General Secretary, Vijaya Lakshmi as Joint Secretary, and George Varghese as Treasurer. The executive committee members included Ullas K S, Ramanan, V N Sasi, C R Nair, Suresh, Saji Mathew, Sivadas V Nair, Sujit, Ashokan, Shashi Nair, Pradeep, Rajeev, Sudhir, Krishna Kumar, Selvaraj, Vinod P, Sivadas P Nair, Jinesh, Sajith Rajan, Dileep, Isacc, Koshy T M, P K Kunji, and Aji. This team laid strong groundwork for the organization's programs and events through active participation and collaborative leadership.
For the term 2017–2019, the committee was led by President K.R. Manoj, with P.K. Bose as Vice President, Sivasdas P. Nair as Secretary, Sivasdas V. Nair as Joint Secretary, George Varghese as Treasurer, and Philipose Daniel as Joint Treasurer. The team was further strengthened by Smt. Sathi Rajan as Convenor of the Ladies Wing, Smt. Vijyalakshmi as Joint Convenor of the Ladies Wing, and Sunil Eapen as Project Convenor. The executive members, including Ashokan, Saji Mathew, Krishna Kumar, Issac Thomas, Kunjumon P, P.K. Kunji, Aji P, Jinesh, Pushparaj, Shashi V. Nair, Unni, Ullas, Johnny Samuel, Suresh, and Pratheesh, played a vital role in supporting the committee's efforts, contributing to a wide range of community-focused activities.
Transitioning to the 2019–2021 term, leadership was taken up by President K.R. Manoj with both Vice Presidents Chitharanjan Nair and Sivasdas V. Nair, Sivasdas P. Nair in a Secretary role, Johnny Samuel as Joint Secretary, Philipose Daniel as Treasurer, and Krishnadas as Joint Treasurer. Ashok Kumar served as Project Convenor, with Abhijith stepping in as Assistant Project Convenor. The executive members for this period included Sarath, Aji, Jijesh, Suraj, Suresh, Krishnakumar, Saji Mathew, Vipin, Rahul Nath, Mohit, Anurag, Santhosh, Sandeep, Sreekul, K.P.R. Nair, Sreeraj Pillai, and Anil Kumar—bringing diverse skills and enthusiasm to enhance the organization's outreach and impact.
Together, these committees have tirelessly worked to preserve cultural traditions and strengthen community bonds within MWSB.
